职位描述

Job Description:
1. Responsible for Oracle application and solutions, implementation and service sales programs.
2. Establish plan and target of sales, follow up and update status.
3. Co-work with presales and project team resources; utilize presales resources in an efficient way, and team spirit.
4. Lead the preparation of client proposals and support document, present proposal to client in professional way.
5. Work independently to develop customer, maintain relationship with accounts. Be able to do necessary travels and extra working hours.
6. Responsible for marketing activity by following plan of company;
7. Responsible for operations and customer relations continue in-depth;
8. Monitor and research change of market, and help company in the change.

工作描述:
1.负责Oracle应用程序和解决方案,实施,服务的销售工作;
2.负责制定并完成销售计划和销售目标,及时跟进汇报销售活动;
3.具有团队合作精神,能够和售前及项目团队共同合作,充分利用售前团队资源;
4.负责整理客户售前方案/建议书和支持文档,并且能以专业的方式把售前方案/建议书汇报给客户;
5.能够独立开发新的客户,维护老客户的关系.如有必要,需要出差和加班;
6.能够按照公司的计划开展市场营销活动;
7.负责公司和客户关系的深入发展;
8.负责市场监测和调研,及时发现市场变化,帮助公司适应市场变化.

Qualifications:
1. Understand ERP and HCM application market, familiar with Oracle's application and solution, like PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Taleo, Fusion etc;
2. More than two years of large ERP and HCM application sales experience, Oracle product experience is preferred, good track record of successful sales experience in China market
3. Experience on making proposal, lead and organize the preparation of project proposal, present proposal to clients
4. Excellent communication skill to deal with various levels of client personnel, especially with project sponsors, functional owners and client IT leaders, and good sales negotiation skills
5. Solid understanding of the software industry, good and keen knowledge about the ERP and HCM application market
6 Good sense of follow up and periodical reporting
7 Speak and write English

任职要求:
1.了解ERP和HCM的应用市场,熟悉Oracle的应用程序和解决方案,如PeopleSoft,Hyperion,Taleo,Fusion等;
2.二年以上大型ERP和HCM的销售经验,尤其在国内市场上有成功销售经验.有Oracle产品和解决方案销售经验者优先;
3.具有制作项目售前方案编制,项目建议书的经验,能把方案或建议书汇报给客户;
4.良好的沟通和谈判技巧,特别是对项目的发起人,客户IT主管和功能使用者;
5.对软件行业有深刻了解,对ERP和HCM应用市场有敏锐的洞察;
6.良好的项目跟踪和报告意识;
7.英语说写俱佳;
