工作职责：

1. 负责员工薪酬的结算和管理；
Responsible for employee’s payroll calculation and management;
2. 负责各类奖金及旅游费、医疗补贴等福利的发放；
Responsible for the payment of bonus, tourist fee, medical allowance and other benefits;
3. 负责薪酬制度改革方案的起草和完善；
Drafting reform or improvement proposal of compensation system;
4. 负责员工加薪，调岗及晋升提拔的管理；
Salary increase, salary level adjustment and promotion management;
5. 负责社会保险的申报、结算、支付、审计和相关工作；
Responsible for social insurance submit, calculation, payment and external auditing;
6. 负责企业年金及退休人员补贴的发放和管理；
Supplementary pension management and paying allowance to the retired employees;
7. 负责编制各类薪资统计报表和人员统计工作；
Work outing reports of salary and personnel information;
8. 负责年度人员计划的落实和人力成本预算的编制；
Implementation of yearly personnel plan and preparing manpower cost budget;
9. 负责人力资源规章制度的改进和完善；
Improvement and modification of personnel regulations;
10. 协助推动和落实绩效考核管理；
Assisting promoting and implementation of performance evaluation management;
11. 协助策划和推动用工体制改革；
Assisting planning and promoting employment system reform;

任职要求：

1. 全日制本科，人力资源管理，财务，企业管理，英语等相关专业；
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Finance, Enterprise Management, English or other relative majors;
2. 英语CET-6或TEM-4以上，听说读写流利；
CET-6, TEM-4 or above, good in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
3. 二年以上人力资源部管理工作，尤其是薪酬管理和绩效考核管理；
2 +years experience in HR management, esp. in payroll management and performance evaluation management;
4. 有大型外资企业工作经验者和中共党员优先考虑；
Experience in big foreign enterprise or a CP member is a plus;
5. 熟悉国家相关政策及法规；
Familiar with the relative national laws and regulations;
6. 对数字和字面敏感，擅长于数字打交道；
Sensitive of numbers and characters and good at working with numbers;
7. 熟练使用办公自动化软件，尤其是Excel和PPT；
Familiar with MS Office, esp. Excel and PPT;
8. 有一定的战略思维和创新能力，能够出谋划策，拟定中英人事报告和方案。
Strategic and innovative thinking, able to make proposals and draft Chinese or English reports.
