工作职责：
1、深入理解项目业务的方向和战略，进行相关业务数据的采集、处理和开发；
2、根据数据分析手段，描述业务特征，发现项目问题，并给出行动建议，以推动项目成长；
3、负责对海量业务数据进行分析，挖掘用户行为特征，构建用户精准运营或营销的指标体系；
4. 对客户行为数据进行深度挖掘和数据清洗；
5、针对具体的业务问题，规划、设计基于数据挖掘的解决方案；

职位要求：
1、本科以上学历，统计学、数学、电子商务、计算机、市场营销等相关专业；
2、2 年以上数据分析或数据处理等相关经验，熟练使用Excel、SQL、SPSS/SAS、Powerpoint等工具，具有较强的利用数据分析/挖掘，解决业务问题的能力；
3、具有海量数据分析/挖掘项经验，有互联网相关背景优先考虑；
4、有数据开发技术背景，有转数据分析意愿的技术同学也可考虑；
