职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责信审部所有系统项目上线的内外协调、测试、优化和维护工作，确保信审各项新业务新流程的顺利开展和现有业务流程的及时变更及维护；
2、负责信审部生产问题管理工作，带领项目团队监控现有信审生产系统，及时发现并汇总各业务块提报的异常问题，并将筛选后的生产问题及时提报IT和风险部进行跟进解决；
3、负责信审部项目团队的管理工作，根据部门规划制定人员需求以及关键岗位培养计划。
岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，七年以上工作经验，具备较强的抗压能力；
2、对于大规模生产环境操作有较清晰的认知；
3、具备较强的风险合规意识、责任心及执行力；
4、具备较强的谈判沟通能力、组织协调能力及战略思维能力；
5、具备较强的问题解决能力、逻辑判断能力和文字表达能力；
6、熟悉信用卡业务相关理论、实务，具有大局观念；
7、熟练运用Word、Excel、Power Point等Office办公软件。公司介绍
