职位描述
Title: Finance Analyst
Reporting to: Finance Director
Job scope:
？ Operation reporting and analysis of the data from Time Sheet
？ billability, utilization, revenue/costs target and variances, client/project profitability
？ Help improve operating and project management efficiency
？ Rate card development and update
？ Assist on other business analysis and reporting
？ Job monitoring and revenue recognition
？ Revenue pipeline update and new business reporting
？ GL review and maintenance
？ Improve AR/AP/Intercompany status to meet group target
？ Monthly Management Reporting
？ Quarterly rolling forecasts and budgeting
Requirements:
？ College degree major in finance or accounting or ACCA or any other internationally recognized accounting qualifications
？ Familiar with accounting / ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Kingdee would be preferred
？ strong analytical skills, advanced Excel (familiar with pivot table and data analysis), and solid Microsoft word, PPT skills
？ strong independent worker yet a team player at the same time
？ fluent English and Chinese, both speaking and writing
？ minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience, auditing and advertising background is a plus
