工作内容：

1、负责现有沪外分公司的运营管理，协助各分公司业绩提升（华东地区6家分公司，苏州、无锡、常州、杭州、宁波、象山），完成集团下达的产值指标。

2、根据集团品牌连锁发展规划，拓展外地直营连锁门店，通过市场调研分析选择适合的门店地址，并负责前期团队组建及后期运营管理；

3、根据公司品牌加盟发展规划，实施外地市场的加盟招商工作，通过各类渠道开发加盟商，并进行后期运营管理工作的监督。

4、与此相关的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1. 35-45岁之间，大专及以上学历；

2. 10年以上工作经验，3年以上大中型企业同岗位工作经验，具有现代企业先进管理理念，善于将理论知识和实践相结合，执行力强；

3. 五年以上连锁门店管理经验，三年以上加盟商引进经验，熟悉装饰装修行业；

4. 具备较强的管理组织、沟通协调能力以及出色的条理性与理事能力；工作责任心强，敏锐的观察能力、心理承受能力及心理调节能力。

5. 对市场营销工作有较深刻的理解；有较强的市场感知能力，敏锐把握市场动态、市场方向的开发能力；

6. 具备良好的职业道德素养，具有一定的业务拓展能力，能适应出差；

Our factory premise is located at 16 Chin Bee Drive with an area of
over 5,000 m2. We have more?than a hundred employees, and amongst them
are several key managers with more than ten years of experience in the
architectural aluminium business. In keeping up with technology, we
have several excellent computer numeric controlled machines which
enable us to ensure precision and quality to meet the high demands for
premium products.
