JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for installing and implementing PEAK's supply chain solutions for SAP ECC users including, but not limited to configuring complex user interfaces, system to system custom interfaces, and on-site set up and loading of SAP NetWeaver and/or JAVA server infrastructure. This position is expected to participate in the capture of client business process knowledge and assist in the design of-optimized business flows. Services will include but not be limited to: project conflict resolution support and documentation, task planning and documentation, attending team meetings, preparing white papers, identifying, logging, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
à Responsible for the effective and efficient performance of assigned projects and project management functions.
- Organizes project delivery tasks that may require interdepartmental/customer meetings and communication ensuring completion of the program/project on schedule.
- Deploys project systems including system setup and configuration.
- Provides system integration testing and Go-Live support of project systems.
- Provides leadership in the implementation of technical solutions.
- Monitors the project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal/external customers, department personnel and vendor resources.
- Ensures the ongoing process/project success or system capability associated with the project by managing any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in the project design or to maintain the project.
- Analyzes and solves highly technical, complex problems, and/or consulting for assigned or other projects.
à Responsible for establishing and maintaining professional business relations with customers (internal or external), vendors, management and co-workers.
- Communicates operating philosophy, objectives and expectations to internal resources in a continuing effort to build the project team.
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with all internal departments, peers, external customers and suppliers, to ensure cross-functional cooperation success.
- Ensures that Peak's professional and customer centric reputation is maintained.
- Resolves questions, requests, and problems courteously and promptly.
- Monitors service delivery and deployment, and ensures excellence in service levels.
- Keeps management informed of feedback from customers, area activities and of any significant problems.
- Attends and participates in meetings as required.
à Ability to convey detailed instructions accurately and effectively in a fast-paced mixed office environment with frequent interruptions.

à Conducts research and collects data on best practices and other related trends as needed.
à Performs special projects as assigned that may include extensive research, client contact and report writing.
