Focus
Participate in the execution of our Client’s online retail business in China, by taking in charge some of its digital aspects: store design, merchandising, marketing, promotion, etc. Assist the Ecommerce Store Manager in developing the sales revenue of online sales channels while maintaining high operating efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
？ Manage the daily operations of the official website or Tmall store of our Client, including product edition and upload, banners and content creation and management.
？ Operate Tmall, Baidu and other platforms marketing tools.
？ Communicate daily with our Client’s representatives and the related Tmall category manager.
？ Continuously provide suggestions to improve the store design, navigation and functionalities.
？ Optimize the visual merchandising according to guidelines.
？ Coordinate internal resources from various departments, especially creative and design.
？ Prepare daily and weekly sales reports on turnover, traffic, marketing ROI, etc.
？ Benchmark competitors and prepare regular comparative analysis.
Requirements and Profile
？ More than 1 year experience in an eCommerce team.
？ Familiar with Tmall, JD and other leading eCommerce platforms operations.
？ Solid skills in using MS Powerpoint and Excel.
？ Strong planning and organizing skills and a good team player.
？ Mandarin native speaker, good command of both oral and written English.
？ Optimistic, open-minded, positive and motivated attitude.
？ Bachelor degree or above.
