Responsibility:

1) Close collaboration with management of headquarter within financial scope;

- Lead the implementation of the internal accounting process and finance system integration according to the strategic requirements from the headquarter.

- Group reporting(quarter-, annual- and consolidated accounts, cost accounting reports) to international and local management on a regular basis.

- Implementation of group intern transfer price demands.

2) Supervision/control of the internal financial activities and staff guidance within finance department;

- Deliver the documented analysis on financial and management information to the management team.

- Identify opportunities to optimize cash flow, tax duties, expenses, investments and risks.

- Prove the sales/purchase contract, control the cash-flow and supervise the stock management(correctness of balance sheet, adjustment of receivables, depreciation...).

- Ensure correct handling and execution of customs clearing related tasks.

- Ensure the formation, calculation, registration of taxes and other related tax activities are in line with local tax policies.

- Support in the yearly audit and government vetting and finish annual EIT settlement and annual inspection.

- In-time submission of financial forecast and analysis to General Manager.

Qualification:

- Bachelor or higher degree in finance, accounting or related majors.

- At least 5 year experience as finance & accounting manager in an international trading/manufacturing company.

- Certificate for Intermediate Accountant or above.

- Familiar with finance workflow, accounting and tax policy(especially the free-trade-zone policy).

- Experienced in corporate finance group management.

- With professional ethics and team spirit.

- Able to work efficiently even under pressure.

- Good command of oral and written Chinese and English is a must.

- Good German is a plus.

- Skill in finance software SAP is preferred.
