Sedex 提供给企业一个在线系统来帮助供应商企业将其供应链企业社会责任相关的数据分享给其品牌零售客户。供应商销售与参与团队需要支持现有的品牌零售客户来帮助他们与其全球的供应链进行深入沟通，使其供应商加入Sedex系统。
会员制销售与沟通专员将支持会员（通常是“客户方”层级的会员）来深入或者进一步同他们全球的供应链（他们的供应商）进行联系，主要包括通过Sedex以及介绍Sedex的益处向供应商传达客户对其在负责任采购方面的要求与信息等等。（比如需要同供应商一齐帮助其在系统中正确注册并提供其客户所需要的所有负责任采购相关的信息）
工作描述
1. 通过电话向新的、现有的会员进行销售沟通, 向其销售Sedex供应商会员的会员制,并确保供应商会员
完成在Sedex上的注册并提供相关的数据与信息
2. 同供应商会员一道来确保他们清楚理解来自于他们客户的要求
3. 能够达到甚至超越相关的销售项目的设定指标
4. 在必要时，协调其他内部部门来支持项目的开展
5. 通过创建相关邮件的沟通方式来与目标的供应商进行接洽与跟进
6. 针对项目中遇到相关阻碍与困难及时与客户方进行反馈与沟通
7. 指导供应商会员如何使用Sedex系统
8. 支持培训团队来开发与项目相关的培训材料
9. 其他各种需要的项目与支持工作
技能与经验
1. 良好的沟通技能(包括电子邮件与电话沟通)
2. 熟悉MS OFFICE 系列特别是EXCEL与OUTLOOK，并对数据库的应用有所知晓
3. 良好的普通话以及英文沟通技巧
4. 对于销售特别是电话销售有一定的知识并在销售、电话销售以及促销行业中有相关的工作经验
5. 良好的口才、勤奋工作、耐心、善于分析与解决问题、自我激励、坚韧的、很强的抗压能力以及具备一个良好的团队合作精神
6. 很好的时间管理与组织技能
7. 若对供应链以及社会责任相关知识有所知晓将可能会优先考虑
8. 若对运用其他亚洲地区语言（如印度尼西亚语、日语等）将是额外的优势
Sedex offers companies an online system through which they can share with their corporate clients, data regarding their Corporate Social Responsibility practices.The Supplier Engagement Team support existing corporate clients to further or fully engage with their global supply chains by selling the benefits of engagement through Sedex, and the supplier engagement process.
The Membership Sales & Engagement Executive supports existing members (usually ‘customer’ level members) to further or fully engage their global supply chains (their suppliers) by communicating requirements to engage through Sedex and the benefits of Sedex to them, through the implementation of ‘engagement projects’. (e.g.
Work with the suppliers register correctly on the system and provide any and all compliance data requested by their customer.)
Responsibilities
?Sales and engagement calls to new, existing and prospective members to ensure that they register on Sedex and provide the required information
?Working with suppliers to ensure they have a complete understanding of the requirement for this data
?Meeting and exceeding all personal sales and engagement targets set by line manager – financial bonuses applicable
?Liaising with other departments internally to support project work where necessary
?The creation of relevant email communications required to engage target suppliers
?Feedback to customer project restraints etc. at regular intervals as set out in project plan
?Guiding suppliers through Sedex system usage
?Supporting training team to develop effective training materials
?Ad-hoc projects and support management as required
Skills & Experience
1.Good communication skills (including E-mail and Phone communication)
2.Familiar with MS Office especially for MS and Outlook, understanding of database application would be desired.
3.Excellent Mandarin speaking and good English communication skills
4.Should have a good knowledge of sales and marketing strategies and relevant work experiences in sales, promotions or telemarketing
5.Persuasiveness, hard-working, patient, problem solving, self-motivated, tenacious, stress tolerance and a good team player
6.Excellent time management and organisational skills
7.Knowledge of supply chain and social compliance would be a desire
8.Any other Asian languages (Indonesian ,Japanese etc.) would be a plus
