ASIA PACIFIC (APAC) Commercial Assistant based in Shanghai:

? Reporting directly to APAC Area Manager
? Starting date, not later than June 1st, 2014

Main tasks:
Key interface with Asia partners/clients
Sales dashboard monitoring, development, fine tuning
Collect weekly / monthly sell thru reports by Point Of Sales / by brand
Sales performance analysis (low runner/high runner) and recommendation
Assortment analysis and fine tuning
Market analysis template to support sales team:
- Prospection tools
- Price positioning adults / kids
- Competitors analysis
Daily work office support for APAC Area Manager

Commercial tasks:
- Seasonal replenishment objectives
- Prospection / identify new clients
- Managing buying orders in Shanghai showroom

Main Goal:
Drive high retail sales perf via an optimization of replenishment flows

Key required skills:
- Good analytical mindset
- Must speak English
- Robust communication skills in international environment
- Solid excel knowledge
- Financial control experience is a plus, attracted by commercial & sales development field
- Japanese or Korean is a plus
- 2/3 years’ experience
