KURZ is a group company that takes the leading position all around the world in stamping area, firstly set up in the late 1900’s, with head quarter in Germany. Now the company has more than 3,800 employees, as well as 9 production facilities located throughout Europe, the United States, and the Pacific region. It also has 22 international branch offices and 70 distributors with the ability to provide full-service solutions that match the requirements of each customer. Company mainly produce and sell foils and all kinds of stamping machines. KURZ hot stamping foils can be utilized on a wide assortment of products. These include packaging greeting cards, electronic devices, household appliances, cosmetics, textiles, furniture, automotive parts and numerous other items.

Responsibilities of Sales Manager-AUTOMOTIVE
华东地区汽车组销售经理工作职责：
1. Responsible for customer satisfaction of our direct Customers (part molders)

带领Auto团队维护客户满意度 ;
2. Responsible for all aspects of sales of Kurz Group Auto products to our customers (part molders), including developing and implementation sales strategies, forecasting sales, achieve sales target, adverting,

带领AUTO团队完成销售预测、计划和执行销售策略、达到销售指标。

3. Alignment, Development and implementation of Sales activities and Sales strategies with Project Development managers

团队合作，配合项目开发经理一起制定，执行市场规划，市场策略。

Requirements of Sales Manager-Auto
华东地区模内转印销售经理岗位要求：
1. University graduate, Mechanical major (like plastic or molding) will be advantage
大学本科学历及以上，机械工程专业（塑胶、注塑）优先；
2. At least 8 -10 years sales experience and commercial skills for the whole project handling
至少8-10年的销售经验以及良好的负责整个项目的操作能力；
3. Working experience has direct business relationship with Auto industry will be advantage
拥有Auto行业工作经验者优先考虑；
4. Very good English and Mandarin skill both on speaking and writing
优良的英语和国语的听、说、读、写能力；
5. Good communication skill, leadership, team spirit, working under pressure, willing to learn and frequent travel in North/South/ West and East China
良好的沟通、协调、领导能力，能够承受压力， 乐于学习；需在华东地区频密出差；
