职位要求
1.4年或以上客户服务相关经验；
2.全日制大学本科或以上学历；
3.优秀的沟通与人际协调技巧，有高度的责任心和良好的团队协作精神；
4.缜密的逻辑思维及出色的策略开发、撰写能力；
5.独立完成所负责项目的策划与执行工作，可以承受较大的工作压力；
6.根据客户需求拟定项目建议思路或解决方案，并做好项目后期的把控和执行工作；
7.熟练使用各种办公软件，英文书写及口语表达能力强者优先；
8.国际公关公司或广告公司资深客户服务经验者优先。

Job requirements:
1.4 years or above experience in customer service;
2.The bachelor degree or above;
3.Good communication and coordination skills, have a high responsibility and good team cooperation;
4.With rigorous logical thinking、good strategy development and writing ability;
5.Able to responsible for the planning and implementation of the project work; independently, and work under high pressure;
6.Give suggestions or solutions according to customer requirements, and do the project control and perform;
7.With a variety of office software skills and strong ability of English written and oral is preferred;
8.With experiences of the international public relations firm or advertising company senior customer service is preferred.
