Responsibility:

· Build project work plans and revise as appropriate
· Execute projects in accordance with project management system, processes, and methodologies
· Responsible for executing, controlling, monitoring, and delivering the project
· Interface with business units on project requirements
· Track project spending, revenue, profitability, margins, and conversion
· Perform resource and budget planning for projects
· Complete assigned project tasks
· Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
· Ensure timely update, accuracy, and consistency of project information in system and reports
· Identify risks and critical paths in projects and work with project team to provide mitigation and/or backup plan
· Escalate issues and critical paths timely
· Present reports defining project timeline, status, risks, and critical paths
· Encourage teamwork and foster collaboration across functional departments
· Track and maintain completion of project documents
· Provide regular or ad hoc analytics as required for project.
Comply with and help to enforce standard policies and procedures
Requirement:
· Degree holder with at least 4 years or Diploma with at least 6 years of direct experiences in project management
· Experience in managing global projects and global teams
· Process improvement skill, ability to analyze and validate data, and being results oriented are key to success
· Qualification in project management or equivalent will be an added advantage
· Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
· Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
· Proficient in project management software
· Experience in budget and resource planning will be an added advantage
· Strong analytical skills
· Strong communication skill across all levels
· Strong time management skills
· Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
· Ability to thrive in dynamic environment
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in healthcare or medical products will be an added advantage

About Cardinal Health Medical Segment Shanghai Office

Cardinal Health Medical Segment Shanghai Office was established in 2003 and managed by Singapore office. In Feb. 2012, it changed to WOFE as Cardinal Medical Equipment Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

We have two main businesses in China: global sourcing and convertors manufacturing. Global sourcing team cooperates with U.S. sourcing team to search for more resources in Asia in medical-surgical products to ambulatory care centers, physician offices, clinical laboratories and hospitals. Covertors manufacturing team focus on high-volume replenishable products such as gloves, gowns, surgical drapes, scrubs and fluid management products from suppliers in China.
