We are helping our USA client to hire a Sales support technical application manager in refrigeration industry.
JOB PURPOSE
Work with product managers and sales,promoting products and solution across food retailer,C-store, Cold room.
In the long run,build up regional technical support team.Lead on feedback customer requirement on a regular basis to product managers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct seminars,customer visits to promote solutions on a regular basis,esp.on project basis
Conduct regular trainings on sales and dealers,collect feedback on products and selling tools
Work with application team to promote system solution,esp.HVAC&R integrated solution
Support product managers to develop selling tools for new products and existing products
Support product managers to collect market / competitive intelligence on a daily basis to understand market trend and competition movement.
Support product managers to conduct VOC to understand evolving customer needs.
QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree in HVAC&R is must,strong system design and application experience
6 – 8 years of experience in system application (refrigeration business)
Experienced in Powerpoint,Word,Excel.
