职位描述
DESIGNATION : Director, China Investment Partners
REPORTING TO : Chief Executive Officer, China Investment Partners
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Deal sourcing and origination
Lead deal underwriting, due diligence, negotiation, financing and execution
Develop and implement asset strategy plans, including hold-sell analysis
Handle asset management and oversee property management
Handle capital management
Provide general market and fund performance updates
Prepare periodic reports to investors and banks
Prepare and monitor fund and project budgets
Organize regular meetings for investors and investor visits
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related area
More than 10 years of working experience in commercial real estate in China
Well networked in the real estate industry
Preferably experienced in real estate fund management with fiduciary responsibilities
Strong numerical skills
Resourceful, creative and able to work independently
Leadership, organizational and excellent people management skills
Positive, passionate and enthusiastic attitude
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin, and able to present/communicate well
