Head of legal/Senior Lawyer for distance selling company operate within China responsible for support of the marketing activity

Responsibilities:

· Supporting marketing activity (Review proposed advertisements and marketing materials to ensure compliance with federal and local laws and the Holding's guidelines; developing/reviewing/ensuring contests terms and other marketing activities);

· Analyses of the particular restrictions and criteria for selling certain kinds of goods;

· Ensuring of the Company’s compliance with the applicable laws relating to b2c activity;

· Collaboration with the data privacy team in ensuring compliance with applicable data protection and privacy requirements;

· Provide general, commercial legal and regulatory advice to various departments including sales, operations, marketing and compliance;

· Monitoring legislation development which might potentially impact the activities of the company;

· Preparation, review and negotiation of commercial agreements with existing and potential business partners;

· Claim administration work.

· Requirements:

· Degree in Law

· 5-8 years of post-graduate legal experience as in-house attorney in a multinational advertising agency or retail company;

· Fluent English is a must;

· Experience of working with IP is a must

• Strong knowledge of civil law; consumer protection law; advertising law; personal data protection law.
• Well organised and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure.
• Excellent legal analysis and research skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and highly team-oriented,

flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of matters and issues.
