职位描述
This position is hired for DC Shoes China.
Report to: Global Wholesale Manger & dot line report to National Sales Manager
General Purpose of the position:
- Fully accountable and responsible for P&L and budget of wholesale business in China
Main Responsibility Areas:
- Create and execute the wholesale business plan and strategy prepared for the China market
- Build up and lead the China wholesale team to achieve SI and sell-thru target and secure well working connections with the franchisees and internal functions
- Door expansion and BD development
- Dealer and key account management, franchise store retail operations
- Brand building, marketing and sales promotion activities ( franchise store) according to and in corporation with internal functions and defined Brand and marketing strategy
- Market analysis and competitor intelligence
- Dealing with sales, as and when required.
Requirements:
- University degree or above in business or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years experiences within clothes industry and minimum of 2 years experiences in management level
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Fluent in written & spoken English
- Good PC skills (MS Office)
- Proactive and self-driven
- Sound leadership skills
- Integrity and honesty
- Excellent communication skills
- Pressure management
