职位概述：
负责维护和更新基于Drupal构架的公司内部协作平台，并根据公司需要，开发测试新的功能模块。我们理想中的候选人最好同时具备后台（模块开发，网站维护）和前台(CSS,UI设计，JAVASCRIPT, JQUERY, UX)的开发设计能力。
主要职责：
？ 独立维护和改进公司的内部协作平台(Essex ShareNet)
？ 负责开发新的模块和功能，提高公司内部工作效率；
？ 配合公司领导或同事，运用多种相关编程语言和软件，严格按照项目进度严谨负责地完成相关工作；
？ 对来自公司领导和同事的模块构想进行技术可行性分析，并在确认具备技术可行性后进行技术实现；
？ 协助公司高层，站在网站发展战略的高度，不断提高ESSEX ShareNet的品质；
？ 跟公司内部协作平台服务提供商紧密合作，以找出关键问题并提供解决方案；
？ 主动搜集整理咨询团队提交的对于协作平台的反馈信息，并提出建设性的改善意见；
职位要求：
？ 一年以上基于Drupal构架的网页开发工作经验；
？ 精通HTML、PHP / MySQL和CSS；
？ 具备Drupal自定义模块的相关经验者优先；
？ 熟悉Web UI设计和无障碍网页开发规范者优先；？
？ 英语听、说、读、写能力良好，能够适应外企的工作环境。具备与来自不同国家同事沟通的能力；
？ 工作细致、认真、有责任心，有较强的沟通协调能力和适应能力；
？ 具备较强的分析能力、解决问题能力、沟通协调能力、学习能力以及团队合作精神；

Job Description
The primary purpose of the position is to maintain / enhance current features of Essex intranet (ShareNet), resolve issues, and develop new features to meet user needs. The ideal candidate should possess skills suitable for both backend (module development, site maintenance) and front-end development (css, theming, javascript, jquery, ux).

Key Responsibilities

？ Work independently to provide daily maintenance for company intranet (Essex ShareNet); responsible for developing new modules and features that will improve user experience
？ Working with Corporate Communications and other firm associates, the technical specialist will ensure development phases are completed based on respective timeline, leveraging a variety of programming languages and software
？ Advise senior management on feasibility of new features for ShareNet and company site; lead the design of new functions reflecting inputs from senior management; implement solutions
？ Assist senior management in shaping future strategy for intranet
？ Work occasionally with service providers to identify key issues and provide solutions
？ Pro-actively engage project team members in sharing feedback for ESSEX ShareNet to continuously improve ESSEX ShareNet
Requirements

？ More than one year experience with Drupal-based websites and good problem-solving skills, both in taking an abstract idea and constructing a technical solution, and diagnosing and resolving technical issues with websites
？ Strong command of HTML, PHP/MySQL & CSS required.
？ Experience developing custom Drupal modules preferred.
？ Knowledge of web UI design and accessibility standards a plus.
？ Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English. Comfortable working in a global and multi-cultural environment
？ Great attention to details; pro-active and self-starter; great sense of responsibility with excellent coordination skills and can adapt to changes quickly
？ Fast learners with strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills and coordination abilities; a strong team player
