一．工作综述（General description）
China Product Manager/Assistant Product Manager will work closely with IDS global marketing and R&D team to develop and manage product portfolio, lead NPD/NPI and out sourcing initiatives, develop and execute new product launch plan to support sales and profit growth. Meanwhile, work with IDS China sales team to identify market potential and business opportunity, to develop selling tools and application solutions for targeting market, and to train sales team, distributors and customers.

二．工作职责（Responsibilities）
1. Identify market and opportunities for MRO products, develop go-to-market strategies and guide sales for customer approach
2. Work withDevelop and manage MRO product portfolio, drive NPD/NPI and sourcing products to meet the local market needs
3. Develop the product application and integrated solutions for different target markets
4. Develop selling tools and provide training and consultancy to sales and distributor team

四．所需资格条件（Qualifications）

1. University degree in industrial engineering or commercial
2. Good speaking and written English.
3. 3~5 years experience in sales, marketing and product management in MNCs
4. Good interpersonal skill and able to work with different function teams
5. Good presentation skill to do internal and external trainings
6. Able to analyze the market, product and competition to develop the value proposition
7. Experience in EHS/5S/Lean will add value but NOT a must

Require travel and do on site demo and training.
PPT, Excel skill is MUST
