岗位职责：
1、熟悉并掌握行业及公司产品知识，负责办公家具销售渠道的建立与客户开发；
2、开拓市场并分析客户需求，为客户提供专业的办公家具配置方案，提供高质量服务；
3、具备独立开发及维护客户的能力，培养和维护与设计院、装修公司以及最终用户的良好关系；
4、完成公司制定的岗位既定销售目标；
5、薪资福利：固定底薪+销售业绩提成+年度奖金+年度旅游。

职位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，市场营销等相关专业，有家具销售相关工作经验为佳，或从事过装潢、艺术设计、家具陈列、展示设计等相关设计类行业，有资源者优先；
2、具有较强的市场开拓和营销能力，具备渠道拓展能力，具备一定的市场分析及判断能力，善于进行客户分析，有良好的客户服务意识，能承受一定业绩压力；
3、热爱销售工作，表达能力强，具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧，富有开拓精神和良好的团队合作意识，具有良好的人际关系、组织协调能力，具有优秀的客户服务意识，愿意从事家具行业者优先考虑；
4、形象气质佳，英语熟练者优先，年龄22岁到28岁，熟练使用各种办公软件，投递简历上需附带近照一张。

Job responsibilities:
1、 Being familiar with, master the industry and company product knowledge, being responsible for office furniture and set up sales channel and customer development;
2、 Exploiting market and analysis of customer’s demand, to provide customers with professional office furniture configuration, to provide high quality service;
3、 Having independent development and maintaining customer skills, could maintains good relations with Design Institute, decoration companies and end users;
4、 Complete the post established sales targets on time;
5、 Salary: basic salary + commission fixed sales performance + yearly travelling.

Job requirements:
1、 College degree or above, marketing and other related professionals, has been engaged in the furniture sales of more than one year related working experience, or has been engaged in decoration, art design, display design, furniture design industry, who could get the resources to priority;
2、 Has strong marketing and marketing ability, with channels extend capacity, have certain market analysis and judgment ability, good at customer analysis, have good customer service consciousness, can bear the pressure of performance;
3、 Interested in sales work, expressive capability is strong, have strong communication skills, be full of pioneering spirit , a good sense of teamwork, good interpersonal skills, organization and who could get coordination ability, good customer service awareness, willingness to engage in furniture industry is preferred;
4、 The image of good temperament, good spoken English is preferred, age 22 to 28 years old, skilled use of office software, on the need to resume with a recent photo.
