Job Principles
Executes and implements iGarment's strategy and operational plans.
Ensure iGarment's Core values with regards to Integrity, Simple and Care being promoted and implemented in the branch company.
Ensure the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities
Carries out strategic direction for the company.
Ensures staffs are fully trained and equipped to carry out their roles effectively.
Establishes proper communication channels such as regular meeting with staffs to advocate iGarment's Core values, KPI.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the company.
Identifies talents of the company, recommends and implements HR policies such as People Learning and Development Plan & Staff Retention Plan.
Reviews the functional operation work flow, framework, mechanism to ensure teams are operating efficiently and effectively on target.
Provides timely feedback to Managing Director counterparts on performance and operational issue.
Handles any other ad-hoc projects / programs with other offices are required

Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in a Management, Economics or Business discipline.
Previous experience acting in an office management role.
Experience in software company or consultancy firm is an advanced.
Fast learner
Problem-solver oriented
Good leadership qualities, analytical abilities, coaching skill, excellent interpersonal/human relations and excellent communication skills.
