Major tasks and responsibilities:
? Effectively communicate with AP countries/regional functional team to on annual plan and rolling forecast on CapEx.
? Keep good track on CapEx spending, and conduct challenge process to justify the reasonableness & necessity on CapEx
? Effectively coordinate with each function to fulfil approving process
? Other ad hoc duty, task and project
Candidate Qualifications:
1. Good written and spoken English
2. Good MS Office skillset
3. Strong communication skills
4. Knowledge for CapEx Concept
5. Able to conduct Lease vs. Buy Analysis
6. Bachelor degree or above in accounting or finance
7. Strong experience in financial analysis area, prefer >3 years in MNC
8. Qualified or unqualified CICPA and other international accounting qualification holder preferred
9. Big picture driven/ Detail orientated / Proactive working attitude / can working under pressure /Good team player
