职位职能: Flash游戏设计/开发 视觉设计师
职位描述:

岗位职责：
1、负责游戏中创造性的FLASH动画设计、制作；
2、游戏人物、NPC、怪物、道具等动画制作；
3、游戏中各种特效的制作；

任职要求：
1、美术类相关设计专业，2年以上Flash动画设计经验；
2、具有良好的平面设计感觉和创意、色彩感强；
3、熟练使用flash/illustrator/photoshop等设计软件；
4、专研于动态效果的表现与应用，每个项目都追求新的尝试与突破
5、控制互动设计的最终效果，对最终上线的互动作品负责
6、沟通理解能力强，有耐心，做事精益求精，有良好的团队合作精神和独立工作能力。
