工作环境:办公室,较多出差去客户、供应商、分销商等工厂和工程施工现场。
l 本科试用期(3个月3年合同)4000元,转正后4500元,1年后5000-6000不等。
硕士试用期(3个月3年合同)6000元,转正后6800元,1年后7500-8500不等。
岗位职责
1、 负责解答客户及公司员工的空压机技术咨询;
2、 负责空压机项目的技术方案制作、选型、报价以及报价文件、投标文件制作;
3、 负责空压机项目的现场技术交底、答疑、答标;
4、 负责开展对经销商、客户等的空压机产品技术培训;
5、 主动跟踪空压机项目进展状况并开展全面的销售工作;
6、 积极与客户、经销商、供应商等进行产品销售和技术交流,汇报和分享销售经验,完成销售任务;
7、 协助工程技术服务部门进行售后服务工作,提升销售满意度和销售体验。
8、完成上级领导交办的其他事项。

The salary and welfare:
·¥4000 for undergraduate during probation period (3 months to 3 year contract), after probation ¥4500 , 1 years later ¥ 5000-6000. ¥6000
for graduates at master degree during the probation period (3 months to 3 year contract), after probation ¥6800 , 1 years later ¥ 7600-8500.
Job responsibilities
1. responsible for answering customer and relevant partners and distributors’ Consulting about air compressor technology, tracking project pre-sales, sales progress, negotiation, quotation, proposal, signing, collection and delivery issues, to complete the sales task;
2. responsible for the air compressor project proposal, selection, quotations and bidding documents;
3. responsible for the air compressor project technology, on-site Q & A;
4. responsible for product sales about the study of air compressor energy transformation and energy management solutions with distributors, customers,;
5. active tracking of air compressor project and carry out a comprehensive sales, responsible for completing sales tasks of air treatment and detection of related equipment and spare parts and maintenance supplies;
6. actively with customers, distributors, suppliers such as product sales and technical exchanges, to report and share sales experience, complete the sales task;
7. to assist the engineering technology service department after sale service work, improve sales satisfaction and sales experience.
8. to complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
