SCOPE AND SCALE OF ACTIVITIEW 职责：
The Account Executive is responsible for dealing with clients on a daily basis. Responsibilities include:
客户专员的职责是处理日常客户管理工作，包括：
1. Build and maintain relationships with target customers. Complete customer call reports, account plans and business reports in a timely and accurate manner.
建立和维护与目标客户的关系。及时准确地完成客户拜访、计划和业务报告等。
2. Identify Customer expectations with regard to the customization demand of the Company’s product and service, delivery times, straining needs and coordinate the relevant information with internal departments in order to deliver optimal solutions to the market.
确定客户对于公司的产品和服务的定制需求、交付时间、和培训的要求，与公司内部各部门协调相关信息，使公司的产品和服务更好地应用于市场。
3. Continuously enter up-to-date information into the CRM database in order to provide a sound basis for business planning for the Company.
保持CRM数据库的及时更新，以确保公司拥有完备的信息以支持业务发展计划的制定。
4. Plan and deliver special projects as requested by the Account Manager in order to address specific tactical and/or strategic business needs.
根据客户经理的要求，制定和实施特别的业务发展项目，以满足特定的客户需求。
5. Supply information on Market share development, competitor’s activities, trends and market developments in geographic region of responsibility to Business Dept. and the seniors of the Company.
为业务部和公司管理层提供产品的市场占有率，竞争对手的产品信息，和地区发展趋势等数据和分析。
6. Conduct product instruction and customer operational training including trouble shooting in order to ensure the customer satisfaction.
为客户提供产品介绍、操作培训，并解决各类问题，以确保客户满意度。

POSITION REQUIREMENTS 任职要求：
1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, marketing or media related majors preferred.
教育程度：本科及以上学历，市场营销或媒体相关专业为佳。
2. Professional: At least 1 year of account management experience, with digital media or video marketing related experience preferred.
至少一年的客户管理经验，有数字媒体或视频营销相关经验为佳。
3. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, capability of working independently.
上进心强，能够承受工作压力，具有独立工作的能力。
4. A good team player, reliable and self-disciplined.
良好的团队合作精神，可信赖，自律。
5. Excellent English and computer skills.
优秀的英语和计算机应用能力。
6. Above all, unquestionable ethics and integrity.
必须具有良好的职业道德和诚信精神。
