Main responsibilities :

Job Summary:
To support marketing operation to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and innovation of MKT. Assist to manage and implement different kinds of MKT projects, make sure every project is on the track.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. Supports to draft the internal press release of DEIF China and lead to maintain function page in Intranet. .
2. Organize and implement events like seminar and exhibition etc. and coordinate communication among different functional team to get the alignment about project implementation.
3. Work together with relevant department to build DEIF Chinese website and consistently optimize the pages
4. Organize and update news and image on Internet & Intranet for company activities and regularly send E-newsletter to target customers by CRM.
5. Support to set up the virtual mall in 3rd party professional portal and keep interaction with clients in BBS
6. Assist possible social media program and web analytics (tracking), SEO/SEM and Other Ad-hoc tasks.
7. Take the most of responsibility to translate all marketing material, including handout, brochure, press release and so on. Coordinate with documentation team in Denmark and local technical department to facilitate technical documentation localization and follow up updating.
8. Participate in the writing of all the marketing supports in Chinese and English, together with the Marketing Manager (brochure, Press Release, advertising campaigns, etc.)
9. Responsible for processing vendor invoices in a timely manner and maintaining department files
10. Manage marketing materials including brochure, pull up, leaflet and small gift
11. Maintain and manage MKT system or platform to make them operate well


Education & Qualifications:
1. At least Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Management or other appropriate discipline
2. Proficiency in both spoken and written English
3. Good command of MS office software application
4. Excellent communicating, coordinating, organizing and team managing skills;
5. Carefulness and patience in daily work, willingness to take responsibility, good performance under certain pressure; Good learning ability and self-drive capability


Experience:
3 years working experience in a similar capacity and in a similar / B2B industry.
