Job Description

-Produce space plan,design concept and finishes proposals
-Prepare design presentation and drawings
-Coordinate with contractor and supplier for design and fitout issues
-Control material and workmanship quality and time schedule together with Project Manager

Requirements
-College degree or above in the field of Interior Design or related disciplines
-Minimum 8 years work experience in interior design and fitout projects
-Good team leading, organization and coordiantion skills
-Good team player
-Good command of AutoCAD, MS-office and other software application
-Good command of English

Job Description
Study project RFP and obtain project-related information from various sources
Communicate with client to define and meet its facility requirements
Make detailed planning and conceptual design and material proposal
Make design presentation
Organize and manage design team in completion of design documentation
Coordinate with project/engineering team
