SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES/职位要求:

1、数控机床编程，调试，优化；
Optimizing programs for maximum efficiency and quality
2、解决设备的异常问题；
Trouble-shoot problems on machines as they occur.
3、编写设备作业指导书及机械设备维护程序；
Write machine work instruction and maintenance procedure.
4、对现场操作人员进行理论，实操的培训，提高员工技能水平；
Provide technical support, guidance and training for other CNC operators
5、参与公司设备维护和保养工作。
Participate in machine maintenance.


QUALIFICATIONS/任职资格:

1、本科以上学历,自动化控制、机械制造或机电一体化等相关专业。
Bachelor or above degree, Auto control, Mechanical or Mechatronics major or equivalent.
2、至少3年以上制造性企业CNC或者自动化控制工作经验。
At least 3 years experience on operating CNC machining equipment and automatic production equipment in a manufacturing or production environment.
3、精通数控机床编程，调试，操作及维修，熟悉AB、Fanuc或者Cincinnati控制器。
Know well on CNC machine programming, adjusting, operating and repairing. Familiar with AB, Fanuc or Cincinnati controls.
4、熟悉机械加工工艺和作业指导书及机械设备维护。
Familiar with mechanical process, WI writing and machine maintenance.
5、熟练掌握二维、三维CAD/CAM。
Good knowledge on 2D, 3D CAD/CAM system.
6、工作负责，具备较强的动手能力及钻研精神。
Responsible, good practical and research ability.
7、能够用英语与国外工程师熟练沟通。
Fluent English in both oral and writing with foreign engineers.
