职位描述
1、应征者对生物科技及生物医药（尤其是抗体/融合蛋白药）有深入了解；
2、熟悉国内、外该行业现状，具有专业知识判断每一阶段生物药的合理价值；
3、熟悉生物药商务运作，具有项目洽谈、公司兼并等的成功经验。
职位责任：
1、负责公司整体商务运作，深入了解公司发展战略及产品线信息；
2、负责项目转让、项目引进、项目合作、投融资等业务；
3、制订商务运作计划，并定期向总经理汇报计划执行情况。
