任职条件：
1. 全日制大学本科或以上学历，机械、机电或其它相关工程类专业毕业；
2. 具有2年以上在仪器仪表、传感器、工业设备等行业的成功销售工作经验；
3. 具备一定的英语读写能力（一定的英语听说能力则对工作会有帮助）；
4. 诚实守信，工作认真，积极热情，责任心强；
5. 善于接受批评意见，能够不断完善自己，有良好的自我管理能力，以及强烈的团队意识；
6. 良好的学习能力、沟通协调能力、强烈的市场意识和娴熟的销售技巧；
7. 熟悉汽车、航空航天、兵器、船舶工业的科研院所客户者更佳。

岗位职责:
1. 学习与掌握相关技术知识与产品知识，培养敏锐的市场捕捉和判别能力；
2. 开拓市场,全面负责区域内产品的推广、客户维护和销售等工作，收集产品市场信息，联络、沟通客户，发现潜在客户及项目；
3. 协调日常销售事务，接待、拜访客户，建立良好的客户关系，维护客户档案；
4. 为客户做小型技术讲座，提供产品技术方案、报价等；
5. 参加相关专业会议、展览会和产品研讨会，配合技术人员进行技术展演、咨询；
6. 独立进行项目投标，与客户进行商务谈判；
7. 制订自己区域内的销售计划，完成销售任务；
8. 协助区域内代理商的工作；
9. 负责区域内售后服务的监督、协调工作；
10. 协助做好销售合同的签订、履行、管理等相关工作。
