Nosh was founded in 2011 and has quickly grown into one of best know delivery service for quality western food in Shanghai. With now operate 2 delivery-only restaurant, we are now planning to open more shops and expand into retail concepts in the near future.

Our vision is to be Shanghai’s most reliable western food delivery service. We are building a company where people can order food knowing that they will received safe, tasty and clean food, with fast delivery. We only use fresh, high quality ingredients, and we put great focus on having a clean work environment.

We are now seeking an Human Resources Manager to be in charge of the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for our entire team of currently 35 staff, with 20-30 new staff being added to the team within the next 6 month. The HR Manager will also be managing all HR duties of a small western media company in Shanghai that's sharing resources with Nosh.

You will be in charge of:

- Recruiting and staffing
- Labour contracts administration
- Payroll, compensation and benefits administration
- Weekly shift plans, holiday plans
- Employee orientation, development, training schedules
- Performance management and improvement systems
- Maintaining relationships with the Labour Bureau / Visa office

Requirements:

- Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- 4 year relevant work experience, preferable in Food and Beverages industry
- Self motivated, indépendant and details oriented
- Excellent English skills
- At least 2 years study or work experience abroad
