Job Summary

Supporting on Parts certification, production assembly process setting up and optimization, Production issue and parts quality issue solving, cost reduction, continuously improve products quality/reliability and support field issues prevention.

Responsibilities

1. Establish/maintain/optimization processes to let it more robust and easy to management. Set up the production line to meet corporate Health, Safety, Environment criteria.

2. Set up the Production BOM and WI and make sure they are accuracy to support production running.

3. Trouble shooting in production line with high efficiency to keep it running smoothly. Defects handling by follow NCR process and identify root cause and corrective actions for problems prevention.

4. Working with QA team to build quality into manufacturing process to improve product quality. Support SQA to drive parts quality improvement.

5. Provide technical support on parts manufacturing, be responsible for parts certification by following FA/PPAP process

6. Follow ECO process and finish the action assigned in time, and make sure the ECO is implemented smoothly as owner.

7. Involve in new project launch stage in parts localization, prototype building, process set up, technology transfer and etc. work with PD team to resolve DFM issues to improve the design robustness.

8. Apply best practices into daily production management. A big fan of 6 sigma/Lean manufacturing, and apply lean manufacturing methodology to real world practice, constantly looking for improving opportunities.

Requirements

Education & Knowledge

1. Bachelor degree majored in mechanical or related.

2. Be familiar with mechanical design software, such as Solid works or Auto CAD.

3. Familiar with high mix industry equipment manufacturing.

Experience

1. Minimum 3 years experience in equipment manufacturing industries, familiar with machining and sheet metal manufacturing process.

2. To be able to find problems and have strong capability in root cause analysis.

3. Be knowledgeable and practical in lean manufacturing and related tools.

4. Having project management/6Sigma would be a plus.

5. Be able to write good reports and do some presentation.

PC Software

Good at computer skill in utilizing MS Office.

SAP basic skill and familiar with Agile system.

Language

Good at spoken and written English communication skill.

2. Be accountable to responsibility. Work under pressure and result-oriented.

3. Occasional travels are required.
