Responsibilities

1. Responsible for SMT/PCBA/FA(Final Assembly) manufacturing process design and process continuous improvement;

2. Participate/leading in NPI.

3. Establish corrective action plans to address root cause of top line failures.

4. Improve line overall yield rate;

5. New production line setup;

6. Train operators and technicians;

7. Develop/update or be part of team to develop/update product documents such as SPC, flow chart, PFMEA and control plan and work instructions;

8. Coordinate implementation of related engineering changes;

9. Define process sequence, work methods, manpower required, time studies, etc.

10. New process research and process optimizing; production yield & capability improving. Full engineering support on the delivery and customer return.
11. New material qualification and new supplier qualification with SCM/QA together.
12. Co-work with QA to insure good Quality level.
13. Support production line to serve them according to their requirements.
14. Project follows up and study. Generate testing/evaluation/experiment report, and weekly report, monthly reports.
15. Other tasks assigned by superior.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing.
2. At least 3 years multinational manufacturing factory process experiences, solid SMT, PCBA & Assembly process experience.
3. Solid QA games experience and 8D knowledge.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written English is a plus.
5. Common sense for material handling and material flow.
6. Good knowledge of work analysis methods and logical concept.
7. Lean manufacturing concept and Project experience is a plus.
