上海瑞府莱商务咨询有限公司现招聘SEM搜索引擎营销专员职位，诚邀您加入我们的团队。

工作职责
1．制定并执行SEM推广计划
2．对SEM推广效果进行日常维护和优化
3．报告总结：用英文独立完成账户月报，以及短期报告
4．熟悉搜索引擎（百度，谷歌）开户，操作流程，定期与账户客服沟通
5．及时了解搜索引擎产品变化，并灵活应用到方案当中

职务要求
1. 汉语为母语，文字撰写能力佳
2. 两年以上SEM相关工作经验，能够运用英文独立完成SEM推广提案以及相关报告
3. 有较强的思维逻辑和分析能力，有市场营销的宏观概念，对互联网用户行为有一定的理解，了解搜索引擎的运营模式。
4. 英语四级以上，听说读写熟练，需与外国同事无障碍沟通
5. 熟练掌握网站分析工具（Google Analytics/百度统计）
6. 具备良好的沟通能力，强烈的责任心和创新意识，有团队合作精神
7. 具备搜索引擎（百度，谷歌）相关推广认证证书，优先考虑

Job description:

1. Design and implement SEM strategy and campaign structure.
2. Daily management and optimizations of SEM campaigns
3. Complete SEM campaign monthly report in English
4. Contact with search engine customer service to apply the new account and to process the daily management.
5. Keep updating online advertising and web analyticsknowledgeand take it into practice.

Requirements:
1. Native in Chinese language (read, written, spoken)
2. 2years of working experience as SEM executive (Baidu, 360, Google, …)
3. Strong analytical and deductive skills to interpretconsumer behaviors and achieve marketing objectives.
4. Comprehensive English skills to communicate in an international environment and report in English.
5. Strong knowledge of Web Analytics solutions (Google Analytics / BaiduTongji)
6. Strong sense of responsibility, creative & team spirit.
7. Any online advertising certifications would be a benefit
