Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Direct report: Logistics Manager

Internal and External Contact:

1. External: Supplier, customer, forwarder.

2. Internal: Production department, IE, Quality, Purchasing

Key Responsibilities:

1. To ensure 100% safe warehouse operation.
2. To ensure warehouse daily operation comply with standard process.
3. To ensure warehouse inventory accurency.
4. To participate in material flow design, such as shipping, receiving, repacking and milkrun.
5. To optimize warehouse layout.
6. Co-work with Customer Service to ensure the accurency of consignment warehouse inventory.
7. To lead regular inventory cycle count.
8. To implement the 5S, ensure good condition in warehouse.
9. To coach and develop warehouse staff.
10. Continuous improvement.
11. Other job assignment from Logistics Manager.

Basic Requirements:

1. Working experience:Above 3 years warehouse experience in auto industry

2. Education: College or above, major in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management

3. English: Good at reading, listening, speaking and writing.

4. Computer: Goods at using office tools, SAP is preferred.

5. Qualification: Lean logistics is preferred

6. Professional skills and abilities: Lean warehouse management

7. Special Requirements:Good communication skill and leadership; Willing to work under pressure
