Requirements

- University graduate major in finance or accounting

- Possess at least 8-10 years'experience in finance

- Worked in multi-national company for at least 8 years, preferably in automotive industry

- Good experience in dealing with tax bureau, foreign exchange and banks

- Track records in ERP system implementation in factory

- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, and meet reporting deadline

- Able to communicate with different levels of management and staff

- Proficient in oral and written English

Job description

- Analyze each variance to find out the root causes together with each dept and develop action plan to make improvement

- Discuss with Operation team to resolve operation issues that affect efficiency and cost effectiveness of the factory

- Responsible for preparation of monthly financial report and complete within reporting deadline

- Responsible for preparation of quarterly forecast and annual budget

- Key member responsible for ERP system implementation in factory

- Work with IT dept to ensure ERP system (after go-live) to generate accurate financial records and generate useful reports required by finance

- Communicate with each intercompany to resolve business issues related to intercompany transactions

- Control capital expenditure and expenses to ensure not exceed budget / forecast, and communicate with various depts to develop corrective action plan

- Manage cashflow of the factory to achieve target DSO and DPO

- Discuss with banks to meet financing requirement of the company

- Discuss with tax bureau to resolve all the issues related to tax

- Supervise finance dept on daily basis, and coach finance team to achieve fast learning curve

- Prepare ad hoc analysis required by senior management

Inalfa China is headquartered in Pudong, Shanghai, and has wholly-owned companies in Jiading, Yantai, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Beijing and Changchun. Inalfa group has set up a technology development center in China, leading the technological innovation of skylight in South Korea, Japan, China and Southeast Asia, and is making great contributions to the automotive industry by providing products with excellent quality and performance.

Inalfa Shanghai factory is located in Jiading Industrial Zone, Shanghai. Since 2015, it has won the gold medal of advanced manufacturing industry in Jiading District and Jiading Industrial Zone for many years. At present, Shanghai factory has 8 mature independent skylight assembly lines and 4 glass edging lines. At present, the factory has a total number of 500 people. By 2020, the sales volume has reached 2.5 billion yuan. By the end of 2021, the annual production capacity is 700000 skylights. On average, one skylight can be delivered offline to customers every two minutes. Our main customers include Volkswagen, GM, Ford, Geely, Jaguar Land Rover and other mainstream car companies. The second phase plant of Shanghai factory will be put into construction in 2022.
