OVERVIEW:
This person will support the delivery of client services. This person will use technical skills to independently execute high quality data-related projects and assignments in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Plans, organizes, develops and delivers client-requested projects within prescribed time schedule
? Manages databases
? Tracks, processes, analyzes and verifies data to ensure data accuracy and effectiveness
? Collect data, cleanse, transform. Load data to database
? Creates and generates reports and deliverables
? Performs application coding and testing functions
? Completes tasks and develops solutions that meet requested specifications
? Document work procedures or instructions appropriately and timely
? Collaborate with Data Operations team and other teams within or outside of local office per project needs
? Adheres to quality control standards
? Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
? a fundamental understanding of database concepts
? a deep understanding of MS Excel (VBA included) and basic knowledge of Access
? College level math skills and solid mathematical grounding required.
? Knowledge of basic descriptive statistics
? Familiar with relational database, including creating and executing queries, creating scripts, importing/exporting data, and manipulating data
? Oral communication skills necessary to express ideas clearly to individuals and groups, including clients, preferably in English and the local area language
? Written communication skills necessary to effectively communicate ideas in a clear, concise manner at a level appropriate for the audience

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
? Baccalaureate degree in a technical field (engineering, applied math, computer science, applied science, MIS, or other) form an accredited Chinese college or university, or equivalent foreign institution is required, master's degree is preferred
? One year of experience in Operations Department of equivalent will be preferred
? Knowledge of SQL is required.
? Technical skills necessary to support Urban Science systems.
? Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel skills are required
? Must have demonstrated programming proficiency, VB, JAVA or C# preferably in Python
? Reading Thai, Indonesian or Korean will be a plus
