Role:
Developing and producing products in our Dairy application labs based on accurate working procedures and excellent application knowledge especially focus on total solutions for whipped cream.
Key responsibilities:
Support sales and CIM to promote AAK products
Work for potential customers to identify business opportunities
Work with existing customers to increase margins
Respond to customer complaints; work out the solutions for customer application problems
Attendance in production trials at customer side
Cooperation with other Innovation Centers in AAK to support the customers' needs

Accountable for
Provide technical application solutions to our customers needs especially for whipped cream solutions
Follow SOP procedures for equipment and safe & accurate handling
Develop improved and efficient ways of working to support our customers
Work for making AAK first choice for value-added vegetable oil solutions
