岗位职责：
1. 协助主管负责淘宝店铺推广、提高店铺点击率和浏览量，完成店铺销售目标
2. 熟悉淘宝网店、天猫后台操作及各类网络营销活动策划。
3. 定期针对推广效果进行跟踪、评估，并提交推广效果的统计分析报表，贯彻执行改进方案 。
4. 定期产品上传发布 维护

岗位要求：
1. 从事天猫运营/店长1年以上 有天猫商场独立运作经历者优先
2. 熟悉天猫运营原理及推广的各种方式方法 能独立策划店铺促销活动方案
3. 擅长站外推广 网络/社区BBS 微博 微信 等推广方式优先
4. 有较强的网店版面策划，执行促销活动能力，并进行分析和总结；
5. 有1号店 京东等独立B2C商城工作经历者优先
