Job Title: Series Purchasing Engineer

Direct report: Purchasing manager

Internal and External Contact:

1. External: Suppliers

2. Internal: Relevant departments, Head Quarter, CP Asia, ZFLS affiliated companies

Key Responsibilities:

1. To be responsible for cost down after SOP

2. To be responsible for ECR and EDR after SOP

3. To be responsible for keeping the suppliers price up to date in SAP

4. To be responsible for escalation and coordination for suppliers relevant (e.g. capacity) and problem solving issue (e.g. invoice issues) etc.

5. To be responsible for collaboration of the PR, order, payment of prototypes and tooling.

6. To be responsible for ordering and payment of internal company business

7. To be responsible for logistics complain and other logistics issues

8. To support market research and pre-selection of potential suppliers

9. To support the supplier decision for mass production and supplier capacity planning

10. To support the yearly price negotiation with suppliers

11. To support evaluate supplier performance

12. To support quality cost complaint with suppliers

Requirements:

1. Working experience: 1-3 years in purchasing, undergraduate can be considered

2. Education: Bachelor degree in engineering

3. English: Fluent

4. Computer: Good at MS Office tools, SAP

5. Professional skills and abilities: Good at communication and negotiation

6. Special Requirements: open minded, reliable, team spirit
