职位描述

岗位职责


1.协助质量经理协调整个中国区外采购产品的质控运营,监督和保证质量管理体系的持续改进和升级以及有效的供应链管理。

Assist the QA Manager to coordinate the whole QA operations for outsourcing product in China and oversee and maintain the QA system for continuous improvement and upgrade and effective supply chain management.


2.协助质量经理统筹安排质检团队的工作,执行江浙一带的订单质检工作,包括临沂工厂坯布外加工染色/整理项目以及内销酒店订单的现场跟踪和质量监控。

Assist the QA Manager to make overall arrangement upon QA team activities。and follow-up and monitor projects of Linyi greige and commission dyeing/finishing and the order for domestic hotel market.


3.在产品开发阶段预先评审和筛选实验室小样/手刮样/手织样/码样,负责头缸样颜色确认包括现场批色和缸差管理,技术上强有力支持中国区采购运营以及相关产品开发,确保实验室小样、面料、辅料、头样、产前样、大货样的初次批复通过率90%以上。

Professional color vision and prescreen on lab dip/strike off/hand loom/sample yardage prior to US final approval at the development stage, 1st production run approval (on site) and shade lots management, support strongly sourcing operation initial approval rate for lab dip, fabric, trims, proto sample, pre-production sample and top of line production sample above 90%.


4.协助质量经理协调质量问题的跟踪解决,包括协助解决欧洲/以色列/美国针对临沂工厂的棘手的质量投诉,和供应商一起寻根溯源并积极有效地制定相应整改计划。

Assist the QA Manager to support quality issue including the call from America/Euro/Israel to Linyi plant and address the root cause for tracing and prevention proactively and set up relevant corrective action plan carrying forward.


5.为销售团队和客户提供技术培训,特别是洗涤程序相关培训,及咨询服务。以此提高销售的纺织/洗涤专业知识,增强销售应对客户投诉的能力,维护客户对销售团队的满意度。

By offering sales team and customers with laundry processing training and technical consulting, to enhance sales team’s textile / processing knowledge, improve their communication skills with customers upon technical concerns, and maintain the customer satisfaction.


6.协助质量经理组织临沂技术团队分析处理处理客户投诉,及时有效的给客户提供对应的解决方案。定期总结分析客户投诉事例,反馈给客服部及其他相关部门,不断提高产品品质,降低投诉风险。

Assist the QA Manager to organize the technical team in Linyi to study and analyze customer complaints, and offer potential solutions to customers in a good time manner. Summarize and analyze customer complaints and feedback to Customer Service Team and other related departments, to improve product performance and bring down the potential risk of complain.


7.拜访客户水洗房,倾听了解客户对公司产品的使用体验和需求。协调工厂技术团队和采购团队,进行针对性的开发或改进调整。为客户提出包括产品和洗涤程序的改进方案,并跟踪落实方案实施结果。维护并不断提高客户满意度。

To visit the customer laundry and listen to customer concerns and needs. To lead the technical team in mill and sourcing group to develop new product or implement adjustment


岗位要求


1.纺织专业本科学历

Bachelor Degree of Textile

2.两年以上纺织领域工作经验,熟悉床品、面料的质检系统。

Above two years working experience in textile field,familiar with bed linen and fabric QA system.

3.良好的英语沟通能力,包括书写和口语

Good English communication skill, including writing and oral English.

4.熟练操作Word, Excel, PPT等办公软件

Be familiar with office software such as Word, Excel, PPT.

5.可经常出差

Frequency business travelling availability
