Job Description
We are now looking for a Merchandiser focused on baby nursery business. The candidate will be located in Shanghai in the sourcing office and will report directly to the Category Manager.
The main responsibility will be to follow,support and coordinate the workflow and priorities settled by the Category Manager.

Responsibilities include:
Negotiate with supplier the prices,delivery date and other terms,under the instructions of the department.
Watching closely the order process from sourcing to shipment.
Foresee the problems and opportunities.
Do any admin job like documents filing, data putting in ERP system,parcel collection and arrangement,etc
Assist C. Manager in sourcing of product and suppliers. Assist C. Manager in negotiation of terms and conditions if necessary.
Fluent and daily communication with suppliers and buyers.
Available to travel in mainland china and abroad if necessary

Skills & Experience
Required Experience/skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
At least 2-3 years'experience from equal position in baby product market
College's degree or above.
Organized, planner, be able to work under pressure and over time.
Fluent in English (oral & written)
Mastering Reporting tools (Excel,Word, PP,etc..)
With the passion and interests for baby products.
Responsible, honest & reliable.

Appreciated Experienced/Skills: (not compulsory)
Preferable knowing European market or previous European company.
Major in English/Spanish/Business is preferred.
