Position	Property Lister
Division	Residential & Relocation Division

Scope of Work and Duties

§ Source properties for Consultants from Bangbang (60 maximum per day)

§ Record new property items from Bangbang into our property listings database

§ Prepare a list of properties (landlord representative) for Graphics Designer for eflyer by end of every month

§ Produce reports that are error free and up-to-date

§ Save the landlord representatives' property details/photos in company database and property listings database

§ Check-out services

§ Property inspection (landlord representatives' properties)

§ Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements

§ Diploma holder or above

§ One year working experience

§ License preferred but not mandatory

§ Good computer skills especially proficient in MS Word, Excel

§ Native Chinese and good knowledge of written and spoken English

§ Good communication and interpersonal skills

§ Excellent organizational and time management skills

§ A team player who can also work independently

§ Able to work under pressure and multi-task
