职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
Responsible for recruitment for frontline sales staff and office staff for supervisor or below level positions;
Work closely with vendors in recruitment to provide more efficient support and qualified candidates to our retail sales team; Make sure the hiring standards are in line with company’s expectation;
Handle the hiring procedure of new on-boarding employees including office and shop staff;
Conduct store visit to make sure the smooth operation in the shop in terms of people management.
2. Compensation & Benefits:
Working closely with the vendor regarding monthly payroll calculation, payment, HR welfare and so on;
Responsible for monthly attendance record check for office staff and shop staff; Update and maintenance the date base for all leaves;
Responsible data management (data update and maintenance) in HR personnel information, responsible for personnel file management;
Provide professional advices or counseling to our staff regarding HR practice, polies and so on.
3. Others:
Responsible for providing reports on regular basis per business requirements;
Responsible for other ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by HR manager.
Job Requirements:
1.University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent A minimum of 3 years hands-on human resources management experience gained in sizeable companies preferably in Retail, FMCG industries
2.Good working knowledge of PRC employment law is required.
3.Hands-on experience in recruitment and compensation and benefits.
4.Good interpersonal communication skills, good grooming and professional manner during daily work; good sense of time management; can work under pressure.
5.Good command of English is a MUST.
