Education Background

Education background with Electrical or Engineering

Requirement

1. Excellent English language skill,

2. Must possess strong technical background in industrial manufacturing methods

3. Must be proficient in spray dry methods

4. Knowledge of Just In Time manufacturing

5. Minimum 5 years experience working in operations

6. Experience in manufacturing of pyrotechnic materials desired

7. Experience in product launch, and development is a plus.

8. Familiar with product & process development systems

9. Familiar with quality system.TS16949.

Responsibility

1. Lead new operations team

2. Participate in the hiring of department staff and ensure they have proper skills.

3. Develop Department KPIs and goals

4. Participate in the development of operating procedures

5. Lead activities to ensure trouble free launch of new products

6. Ensure compliance to budget goals and reporting to management

7. Lead improvement activities with APS, Q5 and other company directives

8. Good communication with cross-functional team to support plant and company goals

9. To establish standard flow link to process/maintenance/Log/quality

10. Other duties as assigned

SHEF Responsibility:

1. To organize activities as the goals of SHEF

2. To give staff safety training (including the basic safety knowledge and SWI training )

3. To supervise and direct staff to follow the safety rules

4. To enhance the safety awareness through the regular safety meetings

5. To take measures of the potential safety hazard fond by staff

6. To take the right emergency measures when accidents happen

7. To supervise and direct visitors to use PPE rightly
