Education Background

Education background with Electrical or Engineer

Requirement

1. Basic knowledge of mechanical, chemical products and components.

2. Continuous improvement methodology

3. To be familiar with QAD is preferred.

4. Good ability for the Kanban setup and implementation

5. Good command in communication

6. Dedicated and enthusiastic

7. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in plant production plan, preferably in Auto industry for the Multiple process production

Responsibility

1. Responsible for master/small batch plan for production and project trial run plan ;

2. Follow up daily output and ensure prompt delivery to customers

3. Coordinate AMC production matching and responsible for the logistic in the area

4. Continues improve the FG inventory turn as well as the WIP level

5. Involve in set up and implementation of ERP system

6. Establish Kanban system in the area to fulfill process flow
