Responsibility:

- Within ISO TS 16949: improves processes:

- Responsible for the activities support of final assembly and mechanical processes including process, quality, and capability alternatives, and performing process characterization and optimization

- Develops equipment, materials, and process performance requirements and equipment evaluation to ensure adequate capability to produce quality product in required quantities at an effective cost.

- Coordinates capability studies, develops process specifications

- Analyze new processes and equipment with the intent of achieving continuous improvement of present method

- Develops process documentation and trains personnel on new processes, materials, and equipment.

- Assist engineers to accomplish process or equipment tasks

- Do inspection and measurement according to engineers’ requirements.

- Support production line in technique problem

- Collect and report inspection and measurement data.

- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the dates collected.

- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Technical Engineering Manager or the Process engineer.

- To institute the process for each working procedure and improve upon it

- To follow up process capabilities

- To analysis the quality problems occurs in production and advice accessible opinions.

- To supervise and urge the operators to operate strictly according to the process card and ensure good process disciplines

- To provide the related process parameters for other departments such as sale, financial & QA

- Tooling management and improvement

- Continuous improvement

Requirement:

？ - 2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment operation or project experience is preferred.

？ - Ability to achieve objectives with little direct support.
