work Experience:
Three years in foreign company and QC/QE experience is preferred;
Main Job Requirements:
1 IE, mfg. engineering education background
2 Lean 6Sigma working experience, BB is plus
3 ISO9000,ISO14000 experience, certified auditor is plus
4 Operational Excellent or Quality Management System experience
5 Project Management experience
6. Good English reading, writing capability and communicate with college by simple English.
7 Good communication & conflict management skill and contribution to team success.
8 Strong Continuous Improvement and change mindset
9. Manufacturing quality control experience.
10. Be familiar with Microsoft office software,Autocad is plus.
Main Job Responsibility:
1 Plan, leads, coach, coordinate & control factory OES-Operational Excellent System Gaishan projects/activities with team support
2 Maintain & Develop factory OES operations and its motivation
3 Maintain & develop current QMS, ISO9001 & 14001 system.
4 Handle internal & external complaints, like 8D,A3 reports
5 Key member to support factory KPIs achievement
6 Perform any added task as assigned
working contents of personnel:
1. Maintain current ISO9001 & 14001 system.
2. Cope with customer complain and maintain 8D system.
3. Be responsible for CI activity.
4. Manage safety system in HL
5. Other task assigned by his or her boss
