I、Provide a professional Spare Parts Sales Service to Asia and the Pacific SC plants, engineering, other customers.

II、Handle To customer complaint and close it on time.

Your role / 岗位描述

I、Customer in ( PTBI SC, PTBI Wire, BIPL, BITK, BENI, MBW, PTBSW in Indonesia and Malaysia, other non-BK customers

1.sales order processsing: quotation, order, contract to customers

2.work closely to customer, follow-up the process, balance delivery and arrange VAT invoices for customers

3.be responsible for non-standard orders: Warranty, Credit, Consignment, Repair, Return, Credit, Debit

4.coordinate customer complants and close comlaint on time, if necessary, provide 8D report to customers.

II、Improve delivery performance

1.monitor delay PO, feedback to plant

2.coordinate purchase team to push delay PO

3.follow up machine down due to spare parts rupture

III、sales volumn on spare parts

1.monitor deviation of sales margin

2.analyze the difference

Your profile / 职位要求

I、University graduate or above, major above in supply chain management, logistics or relevant subjects.

II、Have knowledge on MRP logic, knowledge with SAP or other ERP system

III、English skill both in oral and written, CET4

IV、Strong sense of responsibility and communication skill, can work effectively under high pressure
